Linda & Adam are certified through the Alissa Cohen Living On Live Food Program. 
In the Level 1 class, they will teach you why live food is so wonderful for you and
how to create delicious, raw, vegan food for yourself and others.


In this intro class we will be making:

Mock Salmon Paté
Stuffed Portabella Mushroom Caps

Collard Roll-ups

Date Nut Torte
Fettuccini Alfredo
Broccoli Soup
Angel Hair Pasta with Marinara Sauce

What is raw/live food?  Uncooked fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and sprouted grains.
Why should we eat this way?
  Temperatures above 117 degrees Fahrenheit destroy the enzymes and much of the nutritional content of our foods.  By consuming our food as nature intended, we can lose weight with ease, look and feel younger, and support optimal health.
